For account, subscription, technical, privacy, or other support:
When contacting us about your account, please email us from the address associated with your Halfway account when possible.
Account help
Signing in
Use the email address and password associated with your Halfway account to sign in.
If you experience a technical problem accessing your account, contact Halfway Support at support@thehalfwayapp.com .
Halfway+ subscriptions
Halfway+ subscriptions purchased on Android are managed through Google Play.
You can access subscription management from the Halfway app by opening your Profile and selecting the Halfway+ subscription management option.
You can also manage subscriptions directly through your Google Play account.
Cancel Halfway+
Canceling Halfway+ stops future renewal. Your paid access may continue through the end of the current billing period according to Google Play's subscription rules.
To manage or cancel your subscription:
- Open Halfway and go to your Profile.
- Select Manage Halfway+ or Cancel Halfway+.
- Continue to Google Play.
- Manage or cancel the subscription through Google Play.
Restore purchases
If you previously purchased Halfway+ and the app is not recognizing your subscription, open your Profile and select Restore Purchases.
Make sure you are using the appropriate Google Play account and the Halfway account associated with your subscription.
Delete your account
Halfway provides permanent account deletion from within the app.
Open your Profile, scroll to the Account section, and select Delete Account.

Deleting your Halfway account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play.
